Training Solutions conducts first customer service excellence training for corporate flight attendants in partnership with FACTS Training in Amsterdam.

(PRWEB) June 17, 2012

Swiss based corporate flight attendant education specialist Training Solutions welcomed corporate flight attendant Nr. 570 to a customer service excellence and soft skills training course in Amsterdam. This training is conducted in partnership with Aircare FACTS Training and is followed by three-day crewmember emergency procedure training.

Combining our training is a great advantage for corporate flight attendants who wish to participate on both training courses, as this can be achieved within 5 days, says Dietmar Duller, the founder & course leader of Training Solutions. European and Middle East corporate flight attendants do not need to travel to the United States anymore if they wish to obtain world class training, which saves their company time and money.

Courses begin with one-day customer service excellence training that covers a range of topics including introduction to silver service, precision in table setting, serving luxury food items, details make the difference and correct opening of Champagne and wines. The soft skills training on the second day includes corporate identity, handling difficult situations, introduction to etiquette and manners, creating a customer-focused environment, cultural awareness and exceeding customer expectations. Emergency procedures, land evacuation and water ditching, crew communication, hypoxia awareness, smoke, fire, inflight medical training and more are part of the three-day course curriculum that follows.

All Aircare FACTS courses have unique, human-factor based modules that are designed to provide business aviation crewmembers with the most thorough emergency, medical, evacuation, and safety programs available while using the most innovative training equipment offered in the corporate aviation industry.

Corporate flight attendants face many challenges, and business aviation companies realize that investing in them is a good thing, as these ladies and gentleman have the most customer contact. Providing these ladies and gentleman with lasting knowledge, skills and tools to exceed the expectations of their clients will only help business aviation companies to become stronger and more competitive. Training courses are on hands- on or learning by doing, and all participants are constantly involved; The outcome is thus correspondingly high and the time flies.
